I looked for a topic about him but i didn't find any .
Townes must be one of my favourite singer/songwriter , the first song i've heard from him "waiting around to die" is still my favourite , it is a great , tough simple , deffinition of a man's life .
He plays his songs with a very unusual tenderness , and his introspective lyrics toghether with his warm voice and captivating expression seem to be addictive for me .

hey nice to see a fellow fan of TVZ...although I havent heard him much recently. But have you heard some of his son's covers (he is not a professional musician - a cabinet-maker)...I found them on youtube. pretty awesome.
