It appears to be a 22-string Celtic harp. As for particular make and model, I do not know.

Another source has indicated that it could be a Stoney End Eve 22 model.
Can someone confirm.

What a joy to hear the Webb Sisters singing Leonard Cohen's song and playing Stoney End's "Eve" harp. Prepare to be amazed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKGbX5S7t4Y
