I want to pre-order the cd/dvd. Amazon show 3 versions. I'm not sure if the 3 cd set contains a dvd as it is only described as audio cd. Even the 4 cd set is described as audio cd. There are 3 prices: £22.09, £24.83 and £33.11. Can anyone enlighten me please? I want both audio cds and dvd of the concert. Thank you

I queried it with Amazon Customer Services. The reply I got? We will have to check the stock in our warehouse to answer your question!!

SONY has been made aware of the confusing and incomplete offerings on the various Amazon sites worldwide. Each Amazon site has to be programmed separately by a different person for each country. SONY is contacting the individuals responsible for the Amazon programming in each country and working on having the listings corrected. This could take up to two weeks but most sites should be corrected much sooner.

Please be patient and please continue to try the Amazon site in your country to pre-order the product that you want.

Every product has an EAN number of its own. You may use these to search for the products

Thanks Jarkko and Marie for clarifying the offerings and trying to do something to sort Amazon out. Amazon UK are particularly bad at the moment and whilst customer services are pretty good if you have a real issue such as a faulty product, they are next to useless on product queries. I am still trying to get a sensible answer from them on a book supposedly published in August and seemingly totally unavailable.

Amazon UK have sorted their listings out. They now list the DVD + 3 CD set for £16.89 (I guessed the right one and my pre-order has automatically reduced to this price). The BluRay set is £22.53 and the 3 CD audio set is £13.69 with a MP3 alternative for £12.99. I couldn't spot a DVD only or BluRay only option but maybe these are coming.

Hi, I am in the UK and want to order a standalone Blu Ray and then a separate CD. As I want the CD with my CDs and the Blu Ray with my blu rays! I know you are meant to be able get the blu ray on its own but I can't find it listed anywhere including Amazon. Had any one else seen it? Thanks.

My advice would be to wait. There's still 5 weeks to go so plenty of time for the solo BluRay to appear.

Amazon have now increased their prices considerably - you did well to preorder early!
