Shame that Night Comes On and I Can't Forget have disappeared but I'm sure it will vary a little. Roll on Manchester.

Maarten's pictures are amazing as usual, thank you for sharing them!

I found the concert was brilliant... LC smiled and laughed so much.... La Manic, beautiful, the 1st time I heard it live, it was perfect! but what to say about Lover, lover, lover? It's always been one of my favorite songs, but last night was the best version I've heard and seen before... Leif isn't mistaken when he mentioned an extended standing ovation, I think it lasted for a good 2 minutes... hell do my hands hurt today!!!

the hickup of the evening, and it was not a small hickup was the attitude of the security guards. Rude and violent (pushing someone because this person is waiting to speak to Roscoe or to Rafael is simply not admissible). I have sent a letter to the COO of Bercy today. Being French, I want to apologise to all my friends who had to interact with them.

The band seemed happy to be back on stage, but not as happy as we were to have them back on stage...

Thanks for all the wonderful pictures, Maarten and tchocolatl!
And special thanks to LC&LC for organising the meetup :-)

It has been a magnificent start of the European tour and if you're not sure whether you should go for one more ticket - do it!

Thank you everyone for the reports on the Paris concert. Maarten your photos are very special of each and every person.
It was only 11am over here when the concert started and all day long at work I was peeking to see if there was any news of Leonard and the performance. I was so thrilled to see Christelle's (La Manic!) and Han's and Caren reports on Facebook and others..Then later here on the forum. Thank you so much again.
Everyone know that there are so many loving to hear what your experiences were and how much your sharing your thoughts means to those of us not there.
Keep them coming!
Sounds like a pretty special concert last night...

Very interesting that Leonard isn't playing guitar on Who By Fire!

Leonard broke a guitar string as he started playing The Partisan and there was a delay as Mickey took the guitar off stage and came back with a replacement. I think the same may have happened at the start of Who By Fire. I couldn't see what happened from where I was sitting but Leonard started to play in the usual way, then stopped and took his guitar off. Mickey collected the guitar and Leonard took the microphone from its stand. No replacement guitar that time.
