Mary,
I'm afraid that I cannot claim the credit for taking those photographs, as I wasn't even present at that gig!
However, I will be seeing Adam on Tuesday, 11th December 2012, as he is scheduled to be one of Rufus Wainwright's support acts at the Manchester Apollo.
I am led to believe that Rufus & Adam also duet on a version of Everybody Knows during Mister Wainwright's own set.
