Versions of "First we take Manhattan"

Hi,
i heard a version of "First we take Manhattan" in a restaurant yesterday and it was not the one I know. It was performed by Leonard Cohen,as far as I know no live version and without synthesizer. I already googled it, but I can't find any other version performed by him except live-versions. I hope you guys could help me.
