Street busker likes Cohen

I recently came across a travelling street busker. Near a little cardboard box into which one could drop a few coins was a display of three different albums available for purchase. They seemed quite professionally produced. The price was 120 krones for one, 200 krones for two, or all three for 250 krones. I bought only one out of mere curiosity, because the other two CDs didn't appear to have any of Cohen's songs, while this one had no less than four.

A chara, – Any chance that Dublin City Council might introduce a ‘Hallelujah’ tax on Grafton Street and oblige any busker who wants to mangle Leonard Cohen’s song to pay €150 euro (€100 unamplified)?

It could greatly help expand their repertoire. – Is mise,
