Collection of rare LC books for sale

I don't often copy here commercial emails I get, but here is such a great collection of books that I'm making an exception:

LEONARD COHEN COLLECTION. Highlights include publisher McClelland & Stewart’s in-house copy in dust jacket of Let Us Compare Mythologies (1966) and a signed copy of the same title in wrappers; inscribed copies of The Spice Box Of Earth (1961), Selected Poems 1956-1968 (1968), Beautiful Losers (1972), The Energy Of Slaves (1972), The Favourite Game (1973), New Skin For The Old Ceremony (1975) and Death Of A Lady’s Man (1978); signed copies of Flowers For Hitler (1964), Parasites Of Heaven (1966), Book Of Mercy (1984) and Drawn To Words: Visual Works From 40 Years (2007); first editions of Stranger Music: Selected Poems And Songs (1993), Dance Me To The End Of Love (1995), God Is Alive Magic Is Afoot: From The Novel Beautiful Losers (2000) and The Solitude Of Strength (2008); and a TLS dated February 13, 1989 in which Cohen remarks on first visit to Toronto with Irving Layton. I bought my large Cohen collection from Clouds Hill back in 1998, and have recently put Rachel (Holydove) in contact with them for a nice purchase she wanted.
Think they sell what they advertise, and can be trusted. They will likely provide images if desired.
