Need help with the Ultimate Leonard Cohen mix

So I am making an artist mix for my future wife. This is not a "this how I feel about you" mix, she knows I love her. She really wants to be introduced to Cohen and I want to make her a mix so her first encounter will result in an ultimate Leonard Cohen listening experience. I'm not talking of all his classics, I mean rare live versions, outtakes and other beloved treasures that you feel would thrive on the Ultimate Leonard Cohen mix.

Probably a bit obvious but as it's your future wife and I'm a woman (albeit a bit on the old side now) I think perhaps you SHOULD start with something to say you love her.......... I'm your Man and Hallelujah, they always do it for me!
The words are so passionate and to me that's what LC is all about whether it be love or war. After all LC writes about love and all it's complications better than anyone.
