I'm starting in Frankfurt on the 18th, so I'll finally be there around 7pm and it seems I booked the worst hotel ever, but I contacted my travel agency again... We'll see.

By the way, I'm sorry, you can't know me. I've never been to any kind of meeting, I just attended the concert in Lörrach last summer.

Glad you're on board! My sister-in-law is Bavarian and I know how it important it is to remind Bavarians of home . I have friends coming in that day and after they get checked into their hotel, we are going to head to PJ Clarke's for dinner and drinks somewhere between 4 and 5 PM on the 19th. Two weeks away!!!

I understand your consternation. If the meet-up is further out, though, there will be so many of us basically going en masse that you won't have to go anywhere in NYC alone. Hopefully, you'll be coaxable in that direction. I'm short on time right now, but just wanted to get that said. Whether it's bus, subway, or cabs... you can count on sharing the ride or fare.

Can we take it that there will be a pre-concert meetup in PJClarkes at around 4 pm on 18th February? It would be be nice to meet everybody. Maye we could also agree on a post-concert meetup place soon.

I'll be at the Beacon and hope to meet all the Forum members at the pre-party

Not knowing the faces behind the handles should make for great spontaneous meet-ups,.......

Are you the Miia who was on Hydra when we were several years ago?? You were traveling around on your own... hiking/hitching/whatever. If so, I tried to get to the slow ferry in time to see you off and they had just let the crowd on. The guy let me run up the stairs to take a quick look around for you, but I soon realized it was just impossible. I had picked a fresh, wildflower from the winding path to give you [knowing you'd appreciate it ].

If you're not the same Miia... well, that's okay. Since the one we met also loves Leonard; if not in New York, I may run into her another time elsewhere.
