EDIT: Just spotted the "not any seaside country" clue and Switzerland was already mentioned...

I already asked for Luxembourg earlier, so obviously it's off the list as Jarkko writes, the country in question hasn´t been mentioned yet.

Well I noticed that jdhayes and jarkko both put up their comments at the exact same time. 7 59pm so maybe Jarkko did not see jd's comment so my guess is Switzerland after all.
This is my 1000th post on the forum, so I would be quite happy if I figured it out.
