Before this tour and attending the concert at the Beacon, I used to think I'd never have the pleasure of seeing Leonard in concert in my lifetime. And after the Beacon show, I thought that, perhaps, that was my once-and-for-all dream come true.

And now he books a concert in Tampa, literally 20 minutes away from my house. Unbelievable.

Great news! I was so disappointed when there were no concerts announced for the south east on his first visit to the US. So disappointed it was difficult to watch the Live in London DVD thinking I would never get to see Leonard perform in person. And now they're announcing a show in Nashville? I couldn't be happier. :D

We will have the pre-sale information well before the pre-sale dates, don't worry!

Thank you Jarkko! Just wondering if pre-sale tickets will be available in all price levels, as they usually are?

Yes, we will have a generous allocation in all price levels. Eight ticket limit per member (per venue). All tickets will be forced Will Call. The password will be posted when each pre-sale begins. We will have the first pre-sale to each venue.

OMG! OMG! OMG! Fred is coming to the place of his birth! I am totally overwhelmed! My hands are shaking so bad, I can barely type!

When talking to the members of his band back in '93, I put to them, why no Columbus. It was suggested that maybe I should start a fan club out of Columbus. Well, the most avid fans I have met have been from all over the world - both through this forum, through meetups, and by spreading the word and discovering fans right here in Columbus and turning many onto LC here in this town (again, by word and also by playing LC in jukeboxes wherever I can :D and having listeners say, 'this is great, who is this - what conversations ensued). Well, still no fan club here, but a fan base - he will have no problem filling the Palace Theater!

Oh so :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D - I can barely breathe!

Much appreciation and thanks to LC, management and Jarkko!!!!!

Warmest regards,
Mary

So by my count this brings the total concert count to 188 (including Sep 24 which is yet to be confirmed).
That's a very impressive number, and close enough for me to the 200 that were hinted at :)

Can someone please define for me exactly what "forced will call" means with regards to tickets.

My guess is that if tiks are purchased in this forum presale, they have to physically be picked up at the box office and you will have to have a picture ID and the credit card used to verify your ticket purchase in order to pick up the tickets.

Jarkko, so many of the cities that are close together have identical presale and public sale times. Any possibility to stagger these times or dates so that we can purchase the best possible seats for more than one venue - pleaaazzze? You have my permission to continue your holiday after answering this question  .

Warmest regards,
Mary

In addition to what Mary said, these tickets probably won't be available for pick up until the day of the show

The definition of "Will Call" is correct. This way the tickets cannot be re-sold. They have to be picked up some hours before the concert at the box office of the venue.
I'm afraid no changes can be made to the pre-sales, so those who plan to go to several venues, will have to make the orders in row (or have several persons to place the orders -- but note that the rese must be madervation with the name of the person who will pick up the tickets!!)

Thank you Jarkko  . Will try to make it happen somehow. You may now carry on  .

me, for the past few days since learning the either i had to relocate to nashville in september from my beloved portland oregon or lose my job = nervous, irritable, restless (which accounts for why i was up at 430am for the announcement), and scared to move to strange city where i know nobody.

me, since learning at 430am this morning that leonard is not playing portland oregon, but added a show in nashville = a little bit more excited for my big move.

thank you leonard! - for the years of music, for the beacon and seattle shows earlier this year, and for comforting me in the thought that even though i'll be a stranger in a new city, i'll be able to spend the evening with an old friend in november...

Well, I'll just add my excitement and gratitude, along with everyone else! Thank you to all who made this happen.

We've already talked about it, and my wonderful, supportive, perfect (and sexy, in case he's reading this!) hubby said we can make this our anniversary trip this fall. Though not in the NW, there's one place he's always wanted to visit and so it will be great for all of us! He'll babysit during the concert and we'll have a couple of days before and after for family fun! Call me crazy for wanting to travel with a then 3 year old and 3 month old, but Leonard and this magical group are so worth it! (I just hope I'm not in labor during the presale - they'll have wifi in there right?!)

What a gift, thank you, thank you, thank you! :D :D :D

And to our wonderful and ever-patient Jarkko - here come all the questions about how to buy tickets again! Your patience is amazing - we'll try to help direct traffic to the already thorough answers you so clearly post for all.
