(well, I don't suppose you do personally, but after a visit to seal island in South Africa the other day, I am sympatico an' all that, the idea that they are somehow responsible for their demise, as you shockingly suggest, is shockingly shocking)

I don't know if you read the intro to "The Infinite Haiku". Our silly little poem involves using the last line of the previous verse for the first of yours and following the 5-7-5 rule and also trying to have some humor. I'm not very observant of the last part and you are not observant of the first part. We both do OK with the middle part.
