Funny that the subject of a friend for me has come up, I recently met this nice Moose who is also part of the tour. Apparently he joined the tour last fall in Finland and has been helping a member of the crew since that time. In this picture we are watching soundcheck.

....not
better off alone, eh?...click
here (and then on the bird) for something fitting for you guys to dance to - if you can persuade the dancing white girls to teach you a step or two.....

Oh thank you for popping in for a hello Fred. Mother Mary will be so pleased to see you in fine form. And I'm glad you have made a friend - can't have a heart with no companion after all... And certainly a Finnish Moose can give you pointers on how to stay warm in Winnipeg.
Hope to see you in Red Rocks!

Oh, how I love your hat, Fred! Obviously the size you need these days, too. It's amazing that with your head having gotten so big, you stay so sweet and humble. Good role models all 'round, as we know

.
[Sweet Freddie, dear... do you think maybe some day these humans you're hanging out with will call you Fred? As you know... love calls you by your name
. If you want a hint for whether or not you'll make it to Europe, it could come in a very big way on the day they call you Fred. When that happens, I know you'll swing right into action and get packin'
.] And I take all that back! You ARE being called by your name now... I was so taken by those gorgeous photos, I missed your sign-off atop each one

[my bad, Fred

] ! So, now, it's official ~ it's LOVE Fred... you're going to EUROPE

!!
Your Moose friend is
sooooo sweet and adoring of you, I see... and he seems to be grinning mighty happily

. Have you taken on a mentoring role with him? Or are you mutually instructive to each other? As Kaimik said, Moose surely knows the best ways to dress for the cold. Fred, I'm very pleased to see you and your Moose friend together, and your colours are so complementary

... and that photographer human sure knows how to highlight and accentuate that in their photos!
Hahaha... such a Moose's eye view of the stage he has, too. Do you get a Monkey's eye view that's just as good? Surely, you must.
Well, Fred... Auntie Lizzy is signing off for now. How happy I am to see you doing so so well and in such great company. Those folks seem to be looking out for you in every way!
Warmly,
Auntie Lizzy

Hey Fred!
So nice to see you again!
You must have been diligent with your violin practices

- awarded with a hat (a bit on the big side - I hope your head doesn't swell)! Would you like a hat that fits better?
At the RAH, Moose must have been sending me telepathic messages to bring him a friend. Hope you are fulfilling the role admirably.
Moose is probably a very valuable contributing member of this entourage to be allowed to watch the performance from the stage. You are very fortunate to have such a good friend in Moose. Take your cues from your friend and someday, you too, will be allowed to sit on stage with Moose.
Loving regards,
Mother Mary

Hey Fred, looking good check out that hat! So you and Moose must be a great double act, you on violin and Moose on the harp? What a great combination!

Good morning little Fred!
Actually, you are really "big" Fred compared to your new little friend. Remember though that size doesn't matter, it's what's in the heart that counts. (I know - "oh yeah"

) Your newfound friend is much more experienced as a concert traveler, so pay close attention to whatever Moose says and you will maybe have a home with everyone for a long time! Does Moose speak English or are you perhaps learning a few words of Finnish?
You look very jaunty and handsome with the fedora Fred, and you and Moose look so cute sitting together. You seem to be at all the sound checks but if you are very very good maybe one day you'll have a seat like Moose for a whole concert. If you learn the lyrics to all the moosic then you might even sing along with everyone!
Thank your person for all these wonderful photos. We know you are in good hands!
Hugs,
Diana xoxoxox

Hi Aunt Di ~
I know... I caught that when I read Wendy's posting, before I even got to yours

!! "Where in the world did she get that!?!" I wondered. Just a tad of scrolling and voila ~ it's official now

, it's LOVE!! Start packing your bags, Fred... Europe is on your horizon

. No doubt, Moosie will show you all those hidden, local places that capture all the flavour... no Mooseburgers on the menus, either.
Our Fred is coming along
sooo well these days, isn't he

!?!
