Why Hawaii or Holland? They have no personal significance to Cohen. If it were an H place, the only H of personal significance to Cohen I know is Hydra.

Jarkko, I saw that you have plans to come over to Tvlcottih for the last (?, at least in your list) concert. Which of the local venues will it be? Hopefully not the stadium but something medium-sized.

BUT - the last concert of the tour (according to current plans) will not be in a city.
It will be in the "administrative region" of (or dependency of ) Hong Kong.
