I wish Leonard and his family all the best for a healthy and happy 2008. Here is a photo of my cat Roisin getting into the festive spirit, compliments of photoshopping by my daughter.

At last, I finally get to say a 'thank you' to Leonard, which he'll likely never read, and on a very sad day, as well. Still, thank you Leonard, it's days like this that we try and puzzle through how/why the world seems to have gone mad. This is the kind of day, that Cohen CD's are the backdrop of my life. The news is off and Leonard sings the poetry which is all I need to hear.
