I have the audiobook in CD form. I find the package unfortunately minimalistic. I am looking for a complete track list, with titles and readers names. I've scoured the web and cannot find anything. Anyone out there know of a site that provides this information.

Interestingly, even though Leonard Cohen was Canadian, I couldn't find the audiobook in CD form available for sale in Canada - I had to order it from the UK.
