It's working now, if you start at www.citicenter.org/cohen/ and type in the VIP code for the package you want. The change is that it now shows another screen in which you can select the date of the show, and picking the 16th works.

I did manage to get two seats in the Orchestra Pit, then when I tried to get 2 additional 'best available' seats, it's telling me there are no seats available. Surely all our allocation is not sold out

The allocation is limited but quite big ... Difficult to believe that it could be sold out now.

Mary - maybe try selecting one of the other (more specific) options - that might be better anyway, that way you are deciding which is the "best available" instead of letting the website decide.

Yes, using the password assocaited with the VIP package you are looking for WORKS!

After 52 minutes of sheer panic, I did succeed in getting "front row"

I just tested all the VIP Links and I got through.
On the Emerald Package, the date does not default to Show #2, so you have to click the arrow to choose between the 15th or the 16th.

...and now we have also the link to Austin in the first message!

It does now but it didn't to begin with, believe me, I tried! I thought I was being so clever as I remembered what the code had been for the first show but the system kept on saying words to the effect of "no tickets available".

I just tried and got row 2, seat 113. VIP yielded row 1, but also way off to one side...

I'm not buying, just thought I'd check for you!
