This happened to me at work today. I must have put my mascara on too thick because I was feeling an irritation in my eye and my work colleague noticed my dilema and asked what was wrong. Before I knew what was happening I replied, "Got something in my eye, A light that doesn't need to live, and doesn't need to die". 
It just dribbled out of my mouth before I knew what was happening.
She asked if I was alright. Rather embarrassed I lamely tried to explain but I fear my credibility has suffered a bit of a blow. Just goes to show you that you never know when, where or how this CPD disorder will manifest itself.
