That's amazing! Something so transient creates an atmosphere of a special beauty and tragedy at the same time.

I really hope the two of you are having relaxing and exciting as well as peaceful and joyful holidays with exactly the right amount of family and friends around to feel comfortable!

Of course, this goes for all the nice people I got to know at the shows and through this forum.

Jarkko, thank you for the lovely Christmas gift, ice from Eija and silent night from Leonard ! :D Must be Jennifer Warnes with him, and that gorgeous violinist Raffi Hakopian ? A treat to find this tonight.
Thanks for all your work and Happy Christmas to you and to all forum people !

Thank you Jarkko, that is wonderful. Merry Christmas to all forum members, I hope to see many of you in 2010, if not in Moscow, then back in Canada when he returns home (as I surely hope he will).

What a beautiful version of Silent Night, thank you. I'm not normally a fan of Christmas music, except of course the Pogues Fairytale of New York!
Now, the icing on the cake would be an announcement of a Cohen concert or three in Ireland in 2010!!
Happy Christmas everyone!

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen

Can we save this to our computers? On my Macbook it plays through Quicktime player - any suggestions?
