Question for others with presale tickets

I called the Copley Symphony Hall box office in San Diego to enquire about the "Will Call" process. As the theatre is only renting out the venue, they are not involved with tickets. They told me that on the day of the concert, Ticketmaster arrives around 6 pm with their tickets. Perhaps, an early pickup may depend on whether TM is actually located on a particular site.

I went back to Radio City today to find out why I was able to get my "fan club" ticket and others couldn't. Was told that the guy who gave me my ticket was a part-time employee and didn't know these are "held" tickets. The bottom line is: you'll have to wait until just before the show and then go immediately into the theatre. Am sorry to have gotten anyone's hopes up and feel odd now that I got my ticket early. Apologies sent.

It's really "nice" of TicketGouger, they don't leave any corners unattended in their pursuit of profit.
Turns out that even if technically it's possible to print "will call" tickets, they made sure those of us who bought tickets at the presale will be locked into them, unable to upgrade to better seats.
Tomorrow I will call TM and Oakland Paramount , will post details on the Forum.

I picked up my "will call" tickets at a Ticketmaster retail outlet in Ottawa last week. I just had to show photo id,the credit card I used and a copy of my confirmation e-mail.

I called Paramount Theatre in Oakland, California.
They insist "will call" will be available for pick up only 2 hrs before the event.
